About Us

Growing up in the 80's and 90's, I was fortunate enough to play a lot of the original "retro" games when they were new. I went to school and studied electronics and currently work as an electronics technician, giving me 20+ years of electronics background.

Since the retro craze has started coming back around, like many others, I to had to look into it again. Once I started looking around at the different platforms available, I found the Raspberry Pi and RetroPie. I liked the small form of the Pi because it could be used in so many projects. There is also a large support group and developers working on new accessories and cases.

With any new product there is always something not quite finished or something that you wished it would do that it wasn't designed for. That's where I come in. Using my electronics background and love for retro gaming, I started looking around at the comments and discussion groups on Facebook and other social sites to see what people were looking for. Using their feedback I offer products for everyone.

For the user who does everything on their own and just needs parts, I offer kits and instructions for them to do their own mods.

For the user who doesn't have the skill or tools necessary to complete certain mods, I offer upgrade services to do the work for them.

For the user who just wants to play games without the hassle of assembling their own system, I offer complete systems ready to go.

I hope that by offering these parts and services I am enabling someone to enjoy the games that I/we grew up with.

Thanks for looking around, and if you can't find what you need, please feel free to message me through the contact page or Facebook page at PiInYourEyeGaming.
